Overall, this product does not foam, but that doesn't make it worse. I have dry skin, and my cosmetologist actually recommended non-foaming cleansers for me. I apply it on damp skin, leave it on for a few minutes, and then rinse it off with a sponge. My skin feels clean afterwards. However, it does make my skin feel tight, and I don't feel any moisturizing effects after applying cream.
