Hermes Courier

We offer free delivery by Hermes courier throughout Great Britain for orders over £19. For orders under £19 the delivery cost is £3.90

MAKEUP company uses Hermes couriers to deliver orders throughout Great Britain from our European warehouse straight to your door.

The delivery is free for orders over £19. For orders under £19 the delivery cost is £3.90

Your parcel will be delivered on average within 3-4 business days from the date your package is shipped from our warehouse excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Delivery is carried out after we receive your order and payment online. You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal or Google Pay during checkout. 

 

After the order is placed, our customer service will process it. Once the parcel is packed it will be transferred to the courier company.

You will receive e-mail notifications with the order status updates and the parcel tracking number. You can track your order at Hermes (Evri) website or you may download the Evri app to get a greater control over your delivery preferences.

Kindly note that the status on the Hermes (Evri) tracking may not change before the parcel is scanned at the UK hub. Once it is scanned, you are expected to receive an additional notification from Hermes (Evri) with the estimated delivery details.

Please kindly note that you do not have to cover the import fees. If due to some technical issue you get a notification from Hermes about those charges, please do not cover them and inform us about it via our e-mail:[email protected]

Hermes Parcelshops & Lockers

We offer free delivery to Hermes (Evri) parcelshops and lockers for orders over £19. For orders under £19 the delivery cost is £3.90

You may receive your parcel in one of the Hermes (Evri) parcelshops or lockers.

Please kindly note that you will need to show one of the identification documents (Debit/Credit Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Citizen Card, Client Customer Statement, Bank/Building Society Book or Utility Bill) to collect the parcel from the access point.
