This is my first time using this product and my initial impression is negative. The lid doesn't close properly. I held it up to the light and there seems to be a crack inside, which is disappointing. I understand that manufacturers provide larger packaging for the content, but not a third of the product. Furthermore, I couldn't find any similar comments from other customers that indicated it was intentional or the manufacturer's fault. I will try using the product myself and add my impressions of the powder later.
