Due to the glass jar, it becomes very slippery. It slipped out of my hands while washing my hair and shattered. I injured my finger while collecting the glass and then accidentally stepped on it, hurting my leg. Not a very pleasant experience, but still, I rate it 4 stars. I deduct one star for the poorly thought-out packaging.
