The balm does not provide any noticeable results after washing the hair. The hair does not worsen, but it also does not stand out in any positive way. It is similar to using a regular shampoo. Additionally, it is not economical to use.
The balm is not bad, but I couldn't fully appreciate it because of the glass jar, which fell and broke. If the manufacturer changes the glass jar to a plastic one, I will order again. Due to the glass jar, it becomes very slippery. It slipped out of my hands while washing my hair and shattered. I injured my finger while collecting the glass and then accidentally stepped on it, hurting my leg. Not a very pleasant experience, but still, I rate it 4 stars. I deduct one star for the poorly thought-out packaging.
The hair balm is wonderful. It makes my hair soft and shiny, and it also seems to discipline it because it doesn't get frizzy at all. I am satisfied. I will definitely buy it again.
