Long-Lasting Eyeliner, hard brush - LAMEL Make Up
I do not recommend it. It's just a regular eyeliner, NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL (I hope they remove the word 'waterproof' from the description). It came with the inscription "long lasting" instead of "waterproof", so I thought they made a mistake and put the wrong one. They said no, it's a new design, it's all like that. But it seems to be different inside because it smudges easily and there is no mention of waterproofing. Don't waste your time and money on it.
For me, this is the best eyeliner in this price category. I have tried other ones but didn't appreciate them. The solid brush is convenient for painting between the lashes.
The brush is quite convenient, the texture is not watery, and it makes it easy and quick to create winged lines. It easily washes off with micellar water. However, if you wear it for a long time (I wore it for 8 to 12 hours), it starts to smudge and the thin lines simply disappear. Although, for the price, this was to be expected, so for such a price, it is a good option.

At first, I didn't like the eyeliner. The glue-like consistency was awful, it cracked terribly. However, I did find some good aspects about it – its long-lasting quality. It survived a tear crash-test with everything intact. Plus, the brush is convenient, at least for me. So, overall, it's not as bad as it initially seemed.

I didn't buy it here. Personally, for me, this is the best eyeliner I have ever used. It doesn't crumble or fade, even after a concert and sleeping with makeup on. I'm already purchasing my second one and I'm extremely satisfied. The only thing is that it does stick the lashes together, but for me, it's not a downside since I don't apply mascara after using the eyeliner.
I cannot say anything specific. I tried it once, and it creases in the corners of my eyes. Maybe I'll adapt it to some base.
The eyeliner is decent, although it may fade at the end of the wing after some time. However, there is no smudging, and it has a felt tip that does not bend, so it is better to use a soft brush for a more convenient application.
For its price, this eyeliner is good. I like that unlike others that claim to be waterproof, this one is actually waterproof. However, I prefer a soft brush. Sometimes, the soft brushes can be too long and end up fraying at the tip.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
1. Even if you shake it before use, the color is still not vibrant.
2. It is impossible to apply a second coat - the first one starts to peel off in chunks.
3. If you accidentally touch your lashes, they stick together, making it impossible to apply the mascara properly.
If applied to eyeshadows, the color fades after a couple of hours, so you have to touch it up. It also flakes off and smudges quickly. I tried it both on its own and over eyeshadows, with and without a primer, but the result was the same. However, it could be suitable for practicing and perfecting winged eyeliner.
The eyeliner is great. I like it when the brush is firm, as it makes it easier for me to draw a precise line. I apply it on top of eyeshadows and it stays on perfectly.

This eyeliner is great. It applies smoothly, doesn't smudge throughout the day, and is very easy to remove (no panda eyes after the first wash, no need to wash the eyes again :=)
