I do not recommend it. It's just a regular eyeliner, NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL (I hope they remove the word 'waterproof' from the description). It came with the inscription "long lasting" instead of "waterproof", so I thought they made a mistake and put the wrong one. They said no, it's a new design, it's all like that. But it seems to be different inside because it smudges easily and there is no mention of waterproofing. Don't waste your time and money on it.
For me, this is the best eyeliner in this price category. I have tried other ones but didn't appreciate them. The solid brush is convenient for painting between the lashes.
The brush is quite convenient, the texture is not watery, and it makes it easy and quick to create winged lines. It easily washes off with micellar water. However, if you wear it for a long time (I wore it for 8 to 12 hours), it starts to smudge and the thin lines simply disappear. Although, for the price, this was to be expected, so for such a price, it is a good option.

A few years ago, I ordered this product when it had a much higher rating. I thought the quality of the eyeliner had deteriorated. However, I decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised. It is the best eyeliner for me! Yes, the brush is a bit stiff, but strangely enough, I find it more convenient. It only smudges if you accidentally touch your skin in the first few seconds, but you can easily apply it with precision. Typically, I go through eyeliners in 1-2 months, but I have been using this one for over a year! I highly recommend it.

Yes, this waterproof eyeliner is indeed waterproof. However, it is impossible to apply a second layer as it all smudges and clumps the lashes together. Before applying mascara, I have to use tweezers to remove the eyeliner from them because it sticks strongly and flakes off in little pieces. After a couple of months of use, the brush has turned into a sponge, making it impossible to create a thin line. Also, it has a glossy finish, not a matte one.
When applied, it does not provide full coverage, leaving gaps that require applying 2 or 3 layers. The brush is comfortable to use and there are no complaints about its application. It also performs well during wear.
