I have three fragrances from Lancome in my small collection: Idol, Nectar, and Aura. For me, the Aura perfume sounds soft, sensual, not loud, attractive, and unusual. There is some similarity with Olympia, but in my opinion, it is because of the salty note in the pyramid. I don't feel the jasmine, but I will wait until spring, maybe then it will show itself. I am satisfied with the store as always.
Not an aroma, but a disappointment of the year. I mistakenly ordered Aura instead of the classic Idol that I had and decided to keep, and even in a 100ml bottle. I really don't understand what rose and delicacy everyone is writing about. It's just pure alcohol that gives me a headache, and when the alcoholic stench fades away, it leaves a smell of some cheap toilet freshener. Even if you had any experience with Idols, do not under any circumstances buy Aura without testing it first.
I read reviews and I can't understand how there is no longevity? The trail is wide, opening with a rose, but not an "old lady" rose, rather a freshly picked one, then the rose gives way to jasmine, which is pure bliss! When the rose and jasmine dance together, it's pure ecstasy. Then comes vanilla and nutmeg, but I mostly smell vanilla, the scent of delicious caramel is still noticeable on the skin even at the end of the day. So, to sum it up, it lasts at least 24 hours on the body and on clothes until they are washed. Out of all my 10 "favorites," in terms of longevity, Aura Idol takes the first place! I will always have this fragrance in my collection.

It gives the association of a rose garden at dawn, in June, somewhere on the coast. It is very feminine, delicate, and sensitive. The vanilla base in it is not gourmand, but floral, the musk is not noticeable at all, it is not animalic, for example, compared to popular perfumes from Rodriguez. Aura does not break down into notes at all, it is a solid, beautiful, expensive fragrance for everyday wear, not banal, not similar to other well-known rose perfumes, with its "Idol-like character", but not as bold as the first. Aura is like a powdery cloud that surrounds you. I believe that it can be chosen without a doubt as a gift, it cannot fail to please a girl who loves classic floral fragrances.
