I have three fragrances from Lancome in my small collection: Idol, Nectar, and Aura. For me, the Aura perfume sounds soft, sensual, not loud, attractive, and unusual. There is some similarity with Olympia, but in my opinion, it is because of the salty note in the pyramid. I don't feel the jasmine, but I will wait until spring, maybe then it will show itself. I am satisfied with the store as always.

Not an aroma, but a disappointment of the year. I mistakenly ordered Aura instead of the classic Idol that I had and decided to keep, and even in a 100ml bottle. I really don't understand what rose and delicacy everyone is writing about. It's just pure alcohol that gives me a headache, and when the alcoholic stench fades away, it leaves a smell of some cheap toilet freshener. Even if you had any experience with Idols, do not under any circumstances buy Aura without testing it first.
I read reviews and I can't understand how there is no longevity? The trail is wide, opening with a rose, but not an "old lady" rose, rather a freshly picked one, then the rose gives way to jasmine, which is pure bliss! When the rose and jasmine dance together, it's pure ecstasy. Then comes vanilla and nutmeg, but I mostly smell vanilla, the scent of delicious caramel is still noticeable on the skin even at the end of the day. So, to sum it up, it lasts at least 24 hours on the body and on clothes until they are washed. Out of all my 10 "favorites," in terms of longevity, Aura Idol takes the first place! I will always have this fragrance in my collection.

Even in the cold season, this scent is incredible: feminine and floral. However, love did not happen at first sight. I received a sample and when I first tested it, I didn't like it at all. For me, it is perfect! I absolutely love this scent! I bought my first Lancome Aura in Poland! It just arrived from the make-up! It is the original! When I bought Lancome Hypnose, I received Idole Aura as a gift! The fragrance is incredible! It has a long-lasting trail and it's a new scent, so many people asked for its name! This fragrance is incomparable, with a feminine scent that smells expensive. The jasmine in it adds a special touch, I believe. It's not just a plain vanilla fragrance, as it doesn't even dominate here. I'm a fan of universally pleasant scents that don't come across as extravagant to anyone, but still smell expensive and complex enough, and this perfume is exactly that.
This product is indeed somewhat similar to Olympia PR, but it is overwhelmingly vanilla, vanilla, vanilla... It dominates here, and if you're not a fan of vanilla, then this product is not for you. It lacks freshness and doesn't evoke any associations with freshness whatsoever. Overall, it may be suitable for those who enjoy such scents. Personally, I find Olympia more interesting, although this one is slightly softer in terms of its composition. It has good longevity. However, it's important to try it for yourself, as preferences are subjective.

I have been using it for over half a year now and I love the jasmine scent, it is really noticeable and fresh. It's not too sweet for me, as the jasmine overpowers it. However, everyone's experience may vary, as sweetness might be more prominent on someone else's skin.
The longevity is decent, if I spray it in the morning, it is usually gone by the evening. But I always carry it with me. The 25ml bottle is very convenient and beautiful, it is slim and fits perfectly in any bag.
Today I also received the Intense version and the aura is much stronger and, in my opinion, it seems more expensive.

I purchased this product based on the reviews. I own the classic Idol and compared to it, Aura didn't work for me. I could smell it all day, and for me, it was a very sweet and heavy scent in the end. I don't know if it's salt or vanilla, but it felt suffocating to me. However, I absolutely love the original Idol; it lasts a long time and everyone can smell it.

I completely agree with Arina, who says that compared to the original IDOL, this fragrance is terrible! I regret not buying a sample. I would rather have bought the original IDO or one of Narciso Rodriguez's perfumes. Initially, it smells like artificial vanilla and jasmine. I can't even detect any roses, and after some time (around 40 minutes), a salty note appears. I will put it away, maybe it will improve with time.

Compared to the regular version of Idol, this Idol Aura is simply disappointing. It has a floral scent, predominantly jasmine, and that's it! There is no complexity in the fragrance, no special sensations enveloping you in its veil. The price is not justified, as there are fragrances in the range of 200-300 UAH that sound richer than this one. However, the regular version of Idol sounds incredibly beautiful, almost magical.
