I ordered 2 sets, one came with two items (conditioner and mask), but the second one was incomplete (only the conditioner), so I returned it through the courier. P.S., Always unpack and check the package before making payment to prevent such "surprises".
The conditioner is fantastic! It leaves my hair looking amazing. However, I was disappointed with the mask. There was very little of it, and it didn't have any effect at all.
I apologize, but this is no longer a human factor as you previously stated. Based on other comments and my personal experience today, instead of receiving a set with a mask and conditioner, only the conditioner was delivered. The same thing happened to me today. Please have the appropriate department contact me, and refund the money for the incomplete product.
The set arrived intact. The sample of Tears is terrible. When rinsing, the hair feels silky smooth, but once it dries, it seems as if it's covered in dust, powder, or dry shampoo. Overall, I really like Lador, but Tears specifically was disappointing.

I really liked the Wonder balm, so I will definitely get the full-sized version. However, the Wonder tear was just okay. I followed the instructions and used it with the balm (not from the set). While my hair was wet, it seemed smoother, but once it dried, the ends looked frizzy.
I really liked them, especially the balm. After using it, my hair became smoother and very easy to comb. I liked the smell, but unfortunately, it doesn't stay on the hair. Overall, I would recommend it. The samples are amazing.
The scent is rich and feminine. The texture is pleasant, leaving the hair vibrant, soft, and moisturized like in childhood. However, I won't choose it because of the fragrance.
I completely didn't understand these two products... Good thing I didn't buy a big bottle. My hair didn't become softer, the effect was like using the cheapest conditioner from the mass-market shelves, I could barely comb through it. I'll go back to my favorite Numero, as I haven't found any better masks in my life.

I wanted to try the set specifically, but they only sent the balm. Not very pleasant.

The shampoo doesn't lather, and after using the conditioner, my hair feels like it has been greased with oil.
The mask is excellent, but I didn't like the conditioner.
Everything is great, very convenient to take on a trip or just to test.

I really love these products! They have a pleasant smell and leave my hair feeling amazing after use. I prefer the conditioner more than the Tiara.
