I did not read reviews before placing an order:(
I ordered 2 sets, one came with two items (conditioner and mask), but the second one was incomplete (only the conditioner), so I returned it through the courier. P.S., Always unpack and check the package before making payment to prevent such "surprises".
I wanted to try the set specifically, but they only sent the balm. Not very pleasant.
The conditioner is fantastic! It leaves my hair looking amazing. However, I was disappointed with the mask. There was very little of it, and it didn't have any effect at all.
The shampoo doesn't lather, and after using the conditioner, my hair feels like it has been greased with oil.
The mask is excellent, but I didn't like the conditioner.
Everything is great, very convenient to take on a trip or just to test.
I apologize, but this is no longer a human factor as you previously stated. Based on other comments and my personal experience today, instead of receiving a set with a mask and conditioner, only the conditioner was delivered. The same thing happened to me today. Please have the appropriate department contact me, and refund the money for the incomplete product.

5 stars for the conditioner, 1 star for the mask. The conditioner works very well, it softens, detangles, and instantly moisturizes the hair. However, the mask did not do anything at all, it was as if I didn't even apply it, I couldn't even detangle my hair. Instead of moisturizing, it just formed a wet tangled mess.
I ordered a fantastic hair mask and conditioner, and I must say that my hair feels incredibly soft and smooth. It also has a beautiful shine, and the scent is simply amazing.

Dear makeup! I must apologize profusely, but it's quite something that I received only a balm mask. Thank you very much, but I believe I ordered a SET. Disappointment.
The conditioner is absolutely useless. It made my hair dull and very stiff. However, the balm is quite good, but you need to leave it on for at least 20 minutes to see any effect.
Not much to say about it, except that it makes the hair a bit softer and easier to comb, so the effect is similar to that of any standard conditioner/mask. The smell is not overpowering, but it reminds me of my cat's flea shampoo, so I won't be ordering more, as the association is not the best.
Delight! And of course, it saved my dry, thin blonde hair. I left it on for 5-10 minutes and it gave me smooth, well-groomed, and, as my husband said, deliciously smelling hair. Thank you, Makeup, for the instant delivery during the pandemic.
P.S. I will order more because I have short hair (a bob) and 10ml is enough for 2 uses.

I really liked these products, I will buy a larger quantity. They are a salvation for my very light blonde hair. My hair is easy to comb and doesn't look like straw.
I would rate it 3 out of 5. It tends to make the hair frizzy for those who have a tendency for it. I used Lador shampoo and conditioner. It also lacked the shine that more expensive brands provide.
I liked both products, and my hair didn't feel any difference - they look equally good after use.

The testing for just one time is not very impressive. However, after using it once, I really liked the product - it made my hair soft, smooth, and eliminated frizz. My hair looks straighter (they are not exactly curly, but more like frizzy). It's a good thing.
I only liked the express balm! The mask is nothing special!
