I didn't like it, I got it in a miniature size, luckily not a larger volume. It's very thick, it's like a whole quest to squeeze it out. I didn't notice any significant effect.

I have been using the entire line of products (shampoo, conditioner, keratin spray, and liquid silk) for a month now. My hair looks shiny and well-groomed, and the ends are not splitting. However, combing it is still quite a challenge. I didn't have any issues with combing when using other products. I think I will only repurchase the liquid silk from the entire series. I haven't come across a better oil yet.

I have long porous hair that used to get very tangled, but thanks to this product, the condition has greatly improved. My hair is now loose and doesn't tangle anymore, and I am very satisfied. However, it's not enough to rely solely on conditioner, products can only complement each other. As a leave-in oil, I use L'Oréal professional Mythic oil, which is a great find for porous hair.

Expecting an incredible effect, like from Chi Liquid Silk oil, I ordered this balm for myself. I am completely disappointed (money wasted). The result is mediocre. Any other cheap balm gives a similar effect. On the positive side, the fragrance is pleasant, I really like it (just like the oil). But in terms of quality, even the ordinary Elseve 7 oils surpass the result by several times.

I purchased this conditioner along with the shampoo from the same series for my fine, lightened hair. And I really liked it! The shampoo cleanses very well; I have oily scalp type, so I use it twice during washing and then apply this conditioner for 5 minutes, after lightly towel-drying my hair. As a result, my scalp feels clean, and the length of my hair is moisturized and smooth.

The "wow" effect is absent, it's just an ordinary conditioner, and the price is too high for such a conditioner.

The only reason I'm deducting one star is because of the packaging. The squeeze bottle is a challenge for persistent people. God, to get a portion of balm, you have to go through a month-long intensive training of squeezing with a hand expander. Just pour it into a diffuser with a dispenser, otherwise, it's a mental challenge every time you wash. I will buy it again. The price is good for such quality.

This is an excellent hair mask - conditioner! It is a must-have for my thin, bleached hair! It is great for daily use, just like a regular conditioner. Apply it to damp, towel-dried hair (this is important!) and leave it on for 10-15 minutes once a week, using a shower cap.

I am completely satisfied with this conditioner. As an experienced blonde with dry, brittle, and split ends, nothing else I have tried has given me such an amazing effect as the CHI conditioner. My hair has come back to life, becoming as smooth as silk. It doesn't stick out or break, and it is easy to comb through without tangles. I apply it to towel-dried hair for 10-15 minutes, tie it up, and then rinse it off with cool water. To make it easier to use, I bought a pump dispenser for the bottle.

This is a really good conditioner. It leaves my hair looking amazing. I can even compare it to Kerastase. The scent, well... it's not for everyone. I personally didn't like it very much, but it's not off-putting. Since the effect is superb, I can tolerate the smell.

I use the conditioner along with the shampoo and liquid silk from the Infra series. It is not bad, but it lacks a little moisture. I really like the scent and my hair is very easy to comb after using it. It works great for hair that is not damaged and in good condition. However, my hair is very dry and prone to splitting and breaking, so obviously this conditioner alone cannot solve that problem. But compared to other products, this series is very impressive!

I really liked it. The hair feels soft and smooth. The scent is intriguing, not cheap, and it lingers on the hair for a long time. The second time I used it, I followed with an argan silk treatment, and the scent was superb.

I have decided to write a review post about popular CHI products: CHI Keratin (shampoo+conditioner+leave-in conditioner+serum), CHI Infra (shampoo+conditioner+serum), CHI Argan Oil (shampoo+conditioner+hair oil). About a year and a half ago, I couldn't figure out which product line would suit me best, and after reading numerous comments, I still couldn't find answers to my questions.

A little bit about my hair for a complete picture: curly, porous, dry scalp, split ends (I have solved this problem), ends used to be very dry (now the dryness remains, but they don't break anymore, and visually you can't tell there is such a problem), my hair used to fall out a lot during the transitional seasons (the hair loss problem has been solved, please note that hair falls out due to a lack of vitamins, dry scalp, and constant heat styling with a hairdryer and straightener), I live in Odessa and due to the humidity, I can't part with my straightener (in October and November, I used to straighten my hair twice a day!), my hair quickly gets used to hair care products (I need to change my hair care routine every 3 months), I used to wash my hair every two days because of dandruff, my hair doesn't get greasy (unless I go a really long time without washing it), now I wash my hair once or twice a week.

In my opinion, CHI Keratin is suitable for oily and normal hair (if you only have dry ends, it will also work). Personally, the shampoo did not work for me, my scalp starts flaking on the third day. I used the hair conditioner as a mask, you can also use it on the roots (I applied it, put on a cap, wrapped it in a towel, waited for 20 minutes, and rinsed it off). The leave-in conditioner did not work for me at all: my hair became even drier and frizzy, I applied it to damp hair, then applied it to dry hair after blow-drying before straightening, and my hair became sticky. I used the serum after straightening throughout the length of my hair to add smoothness, it worked, but I prefer the Infra series.

For dry hair, the shampoo is not suitable, the conditioner is good (it performs its main functions), the leave-in conditioner is absolutely not suitable, and the serum is a plus.

CHI Infra is an excellent product line to start with when getting to know this brand. I am absolutely in love with the serum, I apply it to wet hair throughout the length, on damp hair before drying, and after straightening, the result is strand by strand perfectly styled hair. The shampoo and conditioner worked for me, my hair is obedient and smooth.

I started my journey with CHI Argan Oil, it became a salvation for my hair. The shampoo nourishes the hair and moisturizes the scalp, I apply and massage for about 3 minutes. I recommend applying the conditioner along the length but not on the roots (especially if you have normal skin or tend towards oily skin), I leave it on for 15-20 minutes. I apply the oil to damp hair before blow-drying and I can also apply it to dry hair on the ends (the oil does not replace the serum). The result is nourished hair and dryness disappears. If you don't straighten or blow-dry your hair, the curls are structured, each curl in place. Thanks to this product line, I have fallen in love with my curls and can afford not to straighten them.

The scent of these products is wonderful. And most importantly, when using these products, the water for shampooing should be warm, and for rinsing the conditioners, it should be cool. I recommend trying miniatures or samples to determine what works for you.

As for how I solved my hair problems and what products I use:
1) I solved the dry scalp problem with a scalp peeling (it removes dead skin, flakes disappear, and as a result, I can go a week without washing my hair) Loreal Professional Serioxyl Scalp Peeling Thinning Hair. It is currently out of stock, so I have ordered Farmavita Amethyste Purify Peeling Mask, but I haven't used it yet, so I can't say anything about it.
2) I use the CHI Argan Oil shampoo, conditioner, and hair oil as mentioned above. I no longer blow-dry my hair. I straighten it less frequently now. I use the serum before and after straightening.
3) When my hair gets used to the products (dandruff appears faster, which is my main sign, it goes away after changing the product line), I switch to CHI Infra.
4) In between seasons, I take a month-long course of Medobiotin with Aevit, one tablet a day. I also buy Minomax hair growth stimulation shampoo, made in Germany. There are cheap Ukrainian alternatives, but they are not effective (unfortunately, make-up doesn't have it. I order it from another website). I alternate it with the Chi line.

As a result, my hair no longer splits, the dryness only remains at the ends, it doesn't fall out, and my hair looks denser.
