Conditioner Mask Infra CHI Infra Treatment

This product left me with a negative impression. It made my hair dry and it is difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It did not provide any results, the only positive aspect is its incredible scent.

I have been using this conditioner for 1.5 months in combination with the shampoo. It is necessary to apply a lot of conditioner, otherwise it feels like there are tangles in my hair and my hands get tangled when applying it. It adds volume to my porous hair. The packaging is terrible because the conditioner is thick and it is very difficult to get it out of the thick plastic bottle, especially towards the end. I had to dilute it with water. I am waiting to finish using it, throw it away, and forget about it. I do not recommend it!

I really liked this product. It has a scent that resembles men's perfume, but it doesn't last long (about 30 minutes). It smoothes, nourishes, and makes the hair obedient. The difference is very noticeable when I don't use this product, as my hair immediately becomes stiff (as it was before using it). The product is used sparingly, so it will last for a long time. The bottle is deformed, entirely scratched and worn out. The paint on the logo is unevenly applied, which a genuine brand would never allow. Therefore, this is a counterfeit! I have many products from the CHI brand that I bought offline in the EU, and they are excellent. But this is not CHI, it's just awful. The hair is natural and not dyed. In areas where the product was not applied, the hair is shiny and flowing. However, where the product was applied, the hair is tangled, stiff, and dry. It feels like straw that sticks together, even though I applied the liquid silk that always works flawlessly. It didn't help at all. This conditioner actually dried out my hair to the point where even the silk couldn't help.

This conditioner is fantastic and performs all the expected functions. I will definitely buy it again, as I followed the recommendation of my hairdresser and purchased the 355ml size. It gave me the idea to find a perfume with the same scent, as I really like it. If anyone has already found it, please let me know!

Wash your hair and dry it with a towel, then apply it to damp hair!!! Put on a cap and leave it for at least 10 minutes. And that's it!!! Your hair will look fabulous! Another thing: this system works effectively when used together! Start with the Keratin mist and then use the silk. It's an incredible system. My hair came back to life. You just need to know how to read! Analyze and organize the information provided by the manufacturer.

Honestly, in terms of effectiveness, Dr. Sante is millions of times better and much cheaper too (I have natural fluffy hair). Starting with the fact that the jar is absolutely inconvenient (mine is 355ml), the plastic is so hard from the first use that you have to squeeze it with all your strength to get anything out... The smell? The smell of this silk line is more pleasant, but it's hard to call it that. As for the feeling afterwards, it's as if I washed my hair with shampoo and that's it (I wear a shower cap for at least 10 minutes). I do not recommend spending money on this product.

Girls, I'll give you some heartfelt advice - this product is completely useless (if comments weren't checked, I'd use a stronger word). It doesn't provide any effect as a conditioner, let alone as a mask. The Loreal professional works much better, I recommend it. This one is just a silly waste.

Not bad, but the air conditioner of the same brand from the series with argan oil worked much better.

It always lacks moisture along its length. This product effectively softens my hair, making it more manageable. Despite my naturally straight hair, this conditioner noticeably smooths and closes the cuticles, to the point where I don't even need to use a straightener for extra smoothness.

Disappointed and angry, that's an understatement. Makeup sent me a damaged product, the lid was completely shattered and held together only by yellow tape. The protective foil was halfway open. It gave me the impression that the employees are dishonest, pouring faulty products and hoping that, just like in my case, they will be taken without inspection. I usually always inspect packages, but on the day of this order, it was raining and I decided to take the box without checking to avoid standing in the rain. And how I regretted it! I know that Makeup will now respond saying that I should have checked and that the product could have been damaged during transportation, but please note that besides this bottle, there were other products in the box and their condition was perfect. Plus, even if the lid could have cracked and broken during transportation, the protective foil cannot be removed by impact, and it was open, which clearly indicates that all of this was done at the warehouse and the employee deliberately placed such a product. This is not a small amount of money, and if the product is damaged, it should be sold at a discounted price. Terrible service! Dishonest employees! I have ordered many products from Makeup, but now, due to such appalling treatment, I have no desire to continue working with them. They poured the product and put the damaged one at full price! I do not recommend!!!

Amazing shampoo and conditioner! The shampoo is not suitable for those who love to wash their hair until it squeaks, as it provides very gentle cleansing. I recommend it for damaged hair! The only downside is that after about a month, my hair started to get greasy faster due to habituation. I only had to wash my head every other day for just under 2 months, with medium-length hair. The conditioner is also great! My hair looks better! This is my favorite series!
