I really like it. I was looking for a cream with zinc, even when I was pregnant. As Komarovsky says, don't skimp on night diaper cream. And he's right. The baby sleeps longer and feels comfortable. I don't use it during the day, I often change and wipe, I don't see the point.
In terms of consistency, it is very thick, it stretches on the hands and the baby's skin. It may be problematic to apply, but I managed, it's fine for me.
I bought this as a gift for my friend, specifically for her baby. She was very pleased to receive the cream as a gift (along with the oil and shampoo) because she already had one and was very satisfied with it. She loves this brand and all their products. I trust her opinion because she is against aggressive chemicals and is very attentive to health, especially her baby's (4 months old).

The cream did not meet my expectations, despite my great respect for Hipp. It doesn't help with diaper rash, no matter how thin or thick of a layer you apply. It seems more suitable for preventing diaper rash, but when it's already there, you need something more serious. After two weeks of use, I set aside this pointless (apologies) cream and bought Veleda.
Great cream! We've been using it for a year, but not every day, only in special emergency cases. My little girl is prone to allergies, which often manifest in the genital area, turning everything red. In addition to antihistamines, we treat this issue locally with only this cream. It doesn't provide immediate relief, but by the third application, it starts to help. However, it does start to alleviate the child's discomfort right away. So, I will definitely continue to buy this cream, we can't do without it!
This product has an extremely unpleasant odor, and it feels like the skin becomes rubbery when using it. I ended up throwing away the remaining portion. The Johnson's product from the pharmacy is much better, twice as good.
The cream did not impress me. We bought it for our one-year-old daughter as a diaper cream to prevent diaper rash and treat mild cases, as it was summer and hot. The cream is quite thick, oily, and poorly absorbed. We noticed some redness and sweating on her neck a few times. Even after applying the cream overnight, the situation did not improve at all in the morning. It seemed like it made things worse. I am disappointed. I will stick to Mustela and Desitin, my trusted brands.
