The cream is unbelievable! I only use it as a soothing remedy when my buttocks are very red, it heals in one go. I applied it to my back and chest when I had an allergy at the sea. It also instantly dried it out. It doesn't smell nice and looks like a white residue on the skin. But it heals excellently. I recommend all moms to purchase it. Of course, I wouldn't use it every time I change diapers. In general, I don't apply it to babies' bottoms every time, there is no need when using good diapers. I simply rinse with warm water.
