It did not disturb other makeup (foundation, concealer). Another advantage of this puff is that it is very easy to clean. I simply washed it with warm water and mild soap, and it looked like new.
Unfortunately, it didn't quite work for me. Throughout the day, when I tried to touch up my makeup, the powder would roll off specifically with this puff. Previously, when using other puffs, this was not an issue.

This down jacket is really nice. Many people complain about it, but I have no issues with using it alongside The Balm powder.
