It did not disturb other makeup (foundation, concealer). Another advantage of this puff is that it is very easy to clean. I simply washed it with warm water and mild soap, and it looked like new.
This down jacket is really nice. Many people complain about it, but I have no issues with using it alongside The Balm powder.
