Surprisingly amazing balm. The split ends have become less noticeable from the second use. My hair shines, feels soft and smooth, and doesn't tangle like it does with many other balms. I apply it immediately after washing on damp hair and rinse it off. Sometimes I leave it on for 2 minutes as instructed, and then the effect is even better, of course. The scent is pleasant and lingers on my hair until the next wash.
