If you don't use a hairdryer, curling iron, straightener, or anything else, then you don't need this cream. But wait, you do need it because cold and heat also damage hair. I have thin hair due to coloring, bleaching, and even chemical treatments. Together with my stylist, we selected a hair care complex. The stylist included this cream as one of the ways to care for my hair.
