I don't understand the praising reviews. Perhaps they are from those who don't really have any skin problems on their hands. During the winter, my skin gets very dry, especially on the fingertips. I've been struggling for several years, and nothing helps. When you apply this cream, it feels lighter and the skin becomes soft. But once you wash your hands, the effect goes away. It also takes a long time to absorb, so it's a problem to apply it throughout the day. I mostly use it at night, but in the morning, after contact with water, there is no result anymore. I believe the price is too high.

The cream works like this: you apply it and the skin becomes velvety, you wash your hands and again everything is dry. In other words, it's instant.

I didn't buy it here because it wasn't available. I was delighted with the Gevol foot cream for rough skin, so I thought this cream would help my perpetually dry skin. But no, it lacks moisturization. It seems more like an everyday protective cream, and for this price, I'm not willing to buy it again. Plus, the metal tube is extremely inconvenient.

My favorite cream. And it's always so hard to buy it. If you get a chance, give it a try. Your hands will be satisfied.

I really liked this cream. I had very dry skin around my nails. After using the cream, everything improved. The manicurist said that my skin became very good, soft, and my nails became smooth. I highly recommend this great brand, and I especially liked it for my feet. The cracks heal in 2 or 3 applications.

I am completely disappointed with the Gehwol brand. I have tried two different heel creams and this hand cream, but they didn't do anything special. I had high hopes for this hand cream during the winter period, as I use it every day, but it didn't help with the peeling and I even developed a crack on my finger. So much for the highly praised Gehwol.

I have been using this cream for almost a month, every day. During the fall and winter period, I experience trouble with my hands, specifically with my finger tips and around the cuticles. I have not noticed any hangnails since using this cream, but the dryness on my fingers around the nails hasn't significantly improved. I would rate the cream a 4 out of 5 because it doesn't provide enough nourishment for my hands' skin personally.
