It removes paint, but it is difficult. Without ammonia, it removes quite well, but the last time I tried to remove ammonia-based paint, I rubbed it until it turned red.
I managed to remove the dark paint, but not flawlessly.
The cloth removed the dark paint 6 hours after dyeing. Even the salon's super experts couldn't remove it with their super tools. I will get some more just in case.

Great wipes! I use Estel Professional 4\7 hair dye (dark brown). It is very dark and leaves hard-to-remove stains on the skin. However, this wipe easily dealt with them (I didn't even have to scrub). One wipe is enough for one application. I will definitely buy more.

The napkin is a bit oily and has a slightly overpowering smell. But it dissipates after a few hours. My hair doesn't look greasy. Overall, this is an excellent product and I will definitely buy more.
