I bought this paint for the second time. The first time it was inconvenient because the paint was quite runny. However, for the second use, I got a small mixer that helped whip the paint into a thick, creamy foam. I am satisfied with both the application process and the final result of the painting.

The issue with the paint has been resolved. It was my fault for not checking immediately. Thank you to the Makeup staff for their help and understanding.

The paint applies wonderfully, the balm is great, but unfortunately, it washes out quickly.

L'Oreal Preference 8.3 in ash blonde turned out beautifully and gently, without turning green like the previous formula. I'm very happy with it; it pleasantly refreshes the face and shines nicely. I like it, thank you. I've also added a photo.

I buy the 6.21 color and I like it. I dye my hair myself using a brush and mixing the color in a bowl. It applies well. The color stays vibrant for 2-3 weeks and then fades a bit, but that's normal. I dye my hair every 6-7 weeks, and the durability is sufficient.

The rose gold 8.23 perfectly matches the advertised color. The balm is a miracle for hair with a pleasant scent! Completely satisfied

I choose any hair dye just for the care balm that comes with it, as it makes the color or tone last much longer than usual after coloring.

I've probably tried paints from every brand, but this brand's paint is unmatched. Despite changes in packaging design and paint formula, my favorite is shade 9. Unfortunately, this paint is not available even in the EU.

I used the shade "Mango" 7.45 for many years and decided to change my look a bit by buying "Antigua" 5.25. The color looked interesting and beautiful in the picture, but in reality, I ended up with a dark, almost black shade for nearly four weeks. Be prepared that your hair color won't match the picture.

I ordered hair dye as a gift for my mom, but the box arrived torn. It might have come this way from Poland, but the package itself was intact, so I'm disappointed. I hope the color at least meets expectations because the beige blonde shade of Loreal Preference hasn't been available on shelves in Ukraine for about six months.

I have always used this hair dye. I color my hair once a month, and it covers gray hair well. However, the last two times, something about the dye has changed significantly. The consistency has become runny, and the smell is terrible. After application, I don't even need to set a timer for 40 minutes because my scalp starts itching quickly, which means it's time to rinse it off. Previously, one box was enough for two applications if I was just coloring the roots, but now I need to use the entire box.

I was disappointed with the package contents. The set was supposed to include a Color Enhancing Balm for up to 6 uses. Instead, it came with a tube of anti-yellowing hair dye. This is the first time I've encountered this, and the description clearly stated it should include a Color Enhancing Balm for up to 6 uses.

They should have mentioned in the description that this is now a LIQUID GEL DYE, which is runny and the colors are completely different from the pictures and how they used to be. It's so inconvenient to use, very liquid and foamy, and the blonde shades turn out much darker. The 9.1 shade appears gray, not like the picture at all.

The hair dye did not impress me at all. There was no noticeable shade after coloring, and it did a poor job covering my roots, even though my natural hair color is light blonde.

I bought the paint in shade 9.1, which used to be a warm blonde, but now it's something purple. The manufacturer changed the formula, so I can't recommend it.

I really like this hair dye. I've been using it for about 5 years. The color 102 Sydney lightens my hair to a nice level eight. And, of course, their conditioner is great.

I really liked it. There is hardly any residue. I have about 70 percent gray hair. My natural hair color was dark blonde, and now I dye it light blonde. The gray hair looks lighter, which seems natural. It doesn't damage my hair, and the color is more of a beige tone.

The hair dye was easy to apply and covered all my hair more quickly than before. It was enough for my entire 40 cm length. However, the smell was quite strong and made my eyes water a bit while the dye was reacting, but it went away afterward. I didn't experience any burning or itching on my scalp, and the dye didn't leave any marks on my skin. The whole process, including preparation, coloring, and washing, took about an hour.

What did I achieve?

I got a great mood and a refreshed look with a subtle yet noticeable pinkish-ash sheen. The color was evenly distributed throughout the length of my hair. I ended up with shade 9.23, which I really liked.

I used this product three times. It covers well, but I experienced significant hair loss, even though I didn't leave the dye on for too long. It seems to have a very harsh formula. I'll be switching to a different product.

For the past five years, I've been using the same shade, 6.35, which was my perfect hair color. HOWEVER, after the packaging changed, something also changed with the dye. The roots turned very brassy, and the length of my hair didn't color at all, even though I always follow the instructions! L'Oréal, you've really let me down! I'm disappointed! Now I have to look for another brand, and it definitely won't be yours!!!

I bought the shade 7.1. I dyed my hair. It turned out straw-like, even though it used to be soft and pleasant to touch. Instead of the promised "ashy-brown," I got "ashy-swampy." I am very disappointed.

This paint is of very high quality. I chose the Paris shade. It works great on gray hair. It doesn't wash off. Before, my hair would turn red after a few washes, but with this dye, it doesn't.

Thank you Makeup for the fast delivery, but the hair dye was not satisfactory at all. Shade 10.21 did not cover the gray hair, and the color of my hair did not change as if I didn't dye it at all. Previously, I used 10.21 Excellence and was very pleased with the results.
