I had to wash my hair again with my usual shampoo and conditioner.
I want to point out that I have wavy, porous, and quite unruly hair. If you have the same type of hair, I definitely do not recommend it.

The results have been remarkable: my hair is strong, resilient, and there has been noticeable stimulation of new hair growth (visible even after just 1 month). It is suitable for frequent washing. The only downside is the 200ml size. I wish it came in a liter size, then I would be completely satisfied. I recommend using the shampoo in combination with the balm as they complement each other.
