Curl Definer Hair Shampoo - John Frieda Frizz-Ease Dream Curls Shampoo
I purchased this product based on the reviews. I have dyed, porous, and curly hair. I bought the entire range: shampoo, conditioner, and mask. I wasn't expecting such an amazing result, my curls are perfect, they came to life and lay beautifully, and there is no frizz on my head. I am very satisfied!
The shampoo didn't work for me. I have naturally curly hair, but it didn't enhance my curls in any way. Instead, it caused dandruff and made my hair even more stiff and dry. However, it does cleanse the scalp well, lathers nicely, and has a non-overpowering scent.
I have been buying it for the fourth time already. I really like the entire series. Unfortunately, the cream that doesn't need to be washed off is currently not available for sale.
Perfect combo of shampoo and conditioner. I didn't buy it myself, I received it as a gift, and I was pleasantly surprised because despite the sulfates in its composition, it really curls the hair. I have naturally curly hair, but all other shampoos and conditioners would horribly dry it out, making it impossible to even understand what kind of hair I had. Now, I am a happy owner of mega curly curls.
As for the negatives, it quickly makes the scalp dirty, almost by the next day, but it's not a problem for me.
The product worked really well on my oily and curly hair! It delicately accentuates the curls, making my hair look more voluminous.
Personally, this shampoo did not work for me with the curly method. It seems to dry out my hair and adds unnecessary puffiness. I used to be amazed by the conditioner and mask from the same series, but even with them, the shampoo was a complete disappointment. I have been using it for about two months now and I can't wait for it to finish so I can try something else. Currently, the Elizavecca essence is saving me.
The shampoo really sticks hair together, making it very difficult to comb after washing. It's extremely stiff, even conditioner doesn't help... Maybe it's meant to make curls hold, but they just end up clumped together.

The shampoo series with conditioner has been a lifesaver for me. I have been searching for a product for naturally curly hair on the Ukrainian market for a long time, and I have been using this line for a year now. It moisturizes the hair, without weighing it down or straightening it, and it is easy to comb afterwards. It doesn't lather as well as shampoo from mass-market brands, but it still works well. The scent is quite strong and stays on the hair, but it suits me. However, I alternate it with another series of shampoo and conditioner with proteins, as this one mainly focuses on moisturizing components.
The shampoo has a pleasant scent, like a good men's perfume :). The spray will have a stronger smell. It lathers well and doesn't curl or stick my fluffy hair together. I didn't use the conditioner, but my hair combs perfectly even without it.
As for the spray from the same brand, it does a pretty good job at creating beach waves. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase!

I really liked the shampoo, as it doesn't dry out the skin. Ladies, the conditioner is mainly responsible for providing moisture, while the shampoo does not have a drying effect. I will definitely purchase it again.
I didn't notice anything special about this shampoo. I can't say that it has any effect on curl formation. Perhaps it is more suitable for natural curls. :) It didn't work well on my hair after a bio-perm.
I really liked this shampoo - it has a soft, pleasant smell and is quite thick, although I simply add more water to make it lather better. As for the promised curls, my hair does get a bit wavy and I notice about a 20% increase in curls after using this shampoo. However, I wasn't expecting any miracles from it :) It also worked well for my dyed hair.
The only positive aspect is its pleasant smell. It doesn't shape or help with curls, but rather the opposite. I have the feeling that it is more for straightening or for a blowout effect. I don't understand what the issue is here, maybe it doesn't provide enough hydration. I won't be purchasing it again.
