The balm is good. It is not greasy, absorbs quickly upon application, and leaves the lips pleasantly matte. You can reapply it if necessary. It doesn't roll off or leave white streaks. It doesn't make the lips oily and you don't feel it on your lips, which is the most important thing. The moisturizing effect is noticeable, and any roughness on the lips fades faster, and sores heal. It fulfills its function well, I recommend it :)
I bought this balm from a pharmacy. I didn't like it at all! It felt like applying solid fat on my lips. Instead of moisturizing, it made my lips even more dry and flaky. Even after using it for a while, it didn't provide any softness as promised.
This product helped restore my dry and chapped lips to their normal state. By the way, it's true that it also increases volume. Perhaps because moisturized lips generally appear fuller than dry ones.

I received this as a gift with my purchase on this website, and I was pleasantly surprised by the result - it quickly moisturizes my very dry lips. For example, the Bioderma lip balm costs 10 times more and moisturizes worse. I will definitely buy more.
