I apply it once a day in the morning, followed by powder, and my face stays velvety and hydrated all day. Even after exercising in the evening, my skin looks well-groomed and there are no rednesses. I gave it a 4 because I expected it to be slightly more drying. It will be great for winter, but for summer, I might try a different product. The delivery, as always, was excellent. Thank you!
