Terrible marker. I threw it away after one use. The first layer comes out in stripes, and when you try to apply a second layer on top of the first, it smears even more, leaving large gaps. It also leaves marks on the upper eyelids, even if you wait for it to dry.
I managed to draw three lines and it dried up. It lays upside down and barely enough for a thin lash line. I won't buy it again. It's a pity they don't sell Lilo, their markers last for years.
I received a dry marker. I tried using it with the tip facing down, then up, and even let it sit for a while. It was just a dry piece that occasionally drew dotted lines, even though I don't have dry skin to "scratch" my eyelid like that! I also don't understand how it could be waterproof, as I easily wiped off those strokes with regular water!
The eyeliner is not bad. It dries quickly and has a deep black color. Let's see if it will last long and not dry out. The volume is small, but that's a problem with all eyeliners. I am satisfied. I recommend it.
I ordered a eyeliner for the first time and it applies very nicely. The color is vibrant and doesn't reflect on the eyelids or smudge. If you need to fix the line, it's easy to do with a cotton swab. However, after two weeks of use, the tip of the eyeliner started to slightly lose its precision.

I ordered another one, but then I saw some negative reviews. Let's see, maybe this manufacturer has deteriorated. I will definitely write a review after testing it.
