Even a regular plastic bag seems like it wouldn't let water through. Within a couple of seconds, my hair is completely wet, even though the shower is not above my head, but rather around chin level on the wall. I'm very disappointed because the shower cap is not cheap, and I would have been better off buying a plastic one for 40 UAH, which would have been more effective.
