Volume Enhancing Tonic - Ikemian Hair Care True Volume Enhancing Tonic
The tonic is really cool. The volume is great, and after applying it, my hair became lush, vibrant, and not weighed down. I have thin, dyed, short hair. I only need 3-4 sprays for the length and roots. I already distributed it throughout my hair with my fingers. The only thing that is not clear is whether I need to apply an additional heat protectant or not. Should I apply it before or after applying the tonic? I would like to get an answer.
