Shea Butter Body Lotion - Interapothek Atopica
This is a great moisturizer for the skin, which worked well for me after my psoriasis. However, I noticed a strange reaction over time: my hands started developing red patches and itching, although I didn't experience this on other areas of my skin.
The moisturizer worked really well for me! It effectively hydrates my skin, preventing it from becoming dry and flaky. It suits me perfectly. The scent is light and not overwhelming.))
The smell is very unpleasant. Despite its effectiveness in fulfilling its purpose, this odor does not disappear and remains on the hands for a long time. I chose it based on reviews and couldn't even imagine that I wouldn't be able to use it at all. If you are very sensitive to specific smells, it is better not to choose this lotion.
Today I tested a product. I have atopic dermatitis, and before this, I used a cream from the same brand with a yellow label - I really liked it and decided to try something new. Yes, this lotion moisturizes nicely, it's not sticky or greasy, but the smell... I will try my best to get used to it, but I have to spray body mist to mask the odor so I don't smell bad. Also, there are some particles in the cream's composition that I don't understand at all. If you're thinking of getting this lotion, I suggest trying the 750ml volume with the yellow label instead.
The cream is fine, but it has some particles in it that make application difficult. Maybe it's just me.
Good lotion. Initially bought it for my husband, as his skin gets very itchy after bathing in cold weather, and this lotion makes the process less painful. I also started using it because my skin on my legs and hands gets dry and flaky in the cold. The flakiness and irritation go away. The lotion is thick but spreads and absorbs very well without leaving any stickiness or greasiness. As for the scent, it is barely noticeable, but I believe shea butter has a slightly distinct smell.
It moisturizes well, and I have no negative reaction to it. It has a good composition of ingredients. It applies easily, and you don't need to use half the jar for that. It's slightly thicker than expected.
This is a great product for people with dry, atopic skin. As for the scent, many products for atopic skin have a slightly acidic smell that is only noticeable during application and does not linger on the skin.
Good moisturizing milk. Absorbs quickly. Light, non-intrusive scent. The skin feels very pleasant after application. Removes mild irritation.
The product has a very lightweight texture that absorbs quickly. It effectively moisturizes and soothes irritated skin while restoring its protective functions. I highly recommend it.
Good cream, pleasant smell, no stickiness, reasonable price. I highly recommend it!
I wasn't very impressed with this product. It is an ordinary cream without any scent and it's not bad, but I didn't notice any remarkable benefits either. Considering the price, there are better options available.
I am ordering my second jar here. I have hyperkeratosis, an initial stage (mild) of ichthyosis on my feet. This lotion works wonders, rating it a 5+. I have been using the La Roche Lipikar series on a regular basis. However, since I practically live in multiple locations, it is quite expensive to have multiple sets of products. I decided to try this lotion with the mindset "better to have something than nothing," and I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The only thing that bothers me is the smell. It is not pleasant for me. If Lipikar has no scent, this lotion has a strange, overly sweet smell that I can't even describe. I wouldn't tolerate it if it weren't for the effect it has on my skin.
