The balm does not fulfill its functions as expected. It does not effectively detangle the hair, making it difficult to comb through. However, the shampoo from this series is excellent.

The hair feels soft, elastic, and shiny after using the shampoo and conditioner, but the conditioner itself has a more watery base which makes it difficult to distribute evenly throughout the hair. It is not very economical.
After washing with the pomegranate, my hair feels pleasant to the touch, obedient, and the scalp is irritation-free.
