Very dry, so it doesn't color at all. I have never seen anything like this before.
It tends to shed throughout the day like a panda, so you constantly have to remember to touch up under the eyes. However, it washes off easily.
I really liked the mascara. It stays on all day and doesn't smudge. The brush is a bit inconvenient though.
