There was no puff or sponge in the package. The powder slightly dusts when applied with a brush. It effectively mattifies my oily T-zone and keeps it matte for 3-4 hours, which is a good result for me. It also evens out the skin tone a bit and sets the concealer perfectly. It is truly almost invisible on the face. The ingredients are good, I am completely satisfied with the product. I chose shade 010 Ivory.
