Shampoo for Colored Hair - OGX Orchid Oil Shampoo
I tried this shampoo expecting something more, as I had read reviews about this brand. It is a regular shampoo with a thick gel-like texture, a light scent, and moderate lathering. It does its basic job of cleansing the hair, but that's about it.

I have been wanting to try products from this company for a long time. And finally, I bought them. And here comes the complete disappointment! My hair is of normal type, smooth, without any problems at all, and my scalp is not sensitive.
The first thing that confused me was the consistency of the shampoo, it is strange, super thick, and poorly lathers, it's like jelly. As soon as I start washing my hair, there is a slight itching of the skin... The hair seems poorly rinsed, they become strange to the touch. They can be combed when wet, but it feels like they are squeaking... The scalp itches with any touch, I have never experienced this before.
In general, almost all shampoos suit me, rarely is there something that is completely not for me! And this is exactly one of those cases! It's a pity for the wasted money...
I have been using Ogx shampoos for quite some time now. This one is my absolute favorite 🥰. It has a wonderful scent and lathers easily. I highly recommend it 🙂.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner from this line. I have dry skin type, and after using this product for the second time, dandruff appeared and my scalp started to itch and become greasy faster, even though I didn't have these issues before using this line.
I purchased a set consisting of shampoo and conditioner. I won't complain too much about this shampoo since I have natural, non-dyed hair. I bought it because I wanted to try the entire range of Ogx hair products. As for the positives, it smells really nice, but that's about it. It couldn't even properly moisturize my natural hair (referring to the hair conditioner), let alone dyed hair, which requires even more hydration than mine. I won't buy it again, but the experience was useful.
I really like this shampoo and have been using it for several years. My hair is dyed, medium length, and tends to get tangled. I either choose this one or another one from the same brand with Moroccan oil (blue bottle). I like to switch between them so that my hair doesn't get used to one specific product. It doesn't make my scalp itchy, which was a problem with the shampoo with argan oil from ogx as well. My hair stays clean for 2 days, I wear it down, and by the third day, it starts to look a bit dull near the roots, but there is no greasiness. I use a hair mask after dyeing my hair and then apply a leave-in conditioner from kuul to damp hair. My hair looks shiny and feels soft.
It effectively cleanses the hair, which is the main function of a shampoo. However, I can't say that it is better than noticeably cheaper shampoos from other brands. I probably won't buy it again, but overall, I liked the shampoo.
The series for colored hair did not work for me, it dries out my hair. However, it has a pleasant smell.
The shampoo didn't impress me. It really tangles the hair. I have been using OGX products for a long time, I have tried different lines of the brand: coconut, keratin, and argan oil. I usually buy the shampoo, conditioner, and sometimes the oil together. I decided to try this new product. The shampoo is not that great. It does its main job, but the big downside is that it really tangles the hair, to the point where no detangling conditioner can fix it. I have only experienced this kind of effect with a baby shampoo called "Johnson's Baby" in my entire life, so my rating is low. I bought the shampoo as part of a set with the conditioner, and they also sent an extra conditioner as a gift. Thank you, dear Makeup :)
I ordered this shampoo and another conditioner from the same brand. It was advertised as a "special offer," but they didn't send the promised oil, which was supposed to be included. Well, never mind. The shampoo is good, it lathers well, but it didn't really impress me. It's just a regular shampoo in terms of quality.
I ordered the shampoo and conditioner set. The scent is amazing! However, right after washing, my hair feels overly dry, and there is no sense of moisture. The bonus oil is fantastic! When using the entire set together, rather than individually, it can be said that it is a decent range for colored hair.
The shampoo from the entire line is terrible. My hair becomes staticky after washing, and I didn't like the conditioner either. It doesn't soften my hair. The scent is very pleasant, floral, like a perfume. This shampoo makes my hair shiny, smooth, and non-frizzy. I've only used it once so far, so I need to see how it performs over time, but my initial impression is very positive.
