Not perfect, but usable. It tends to crumble if applied too thinly and can be drying on the skin, but it lasts throughout the day. A big advantage is that it's truly waterproof. I would rate it a solid three with a plus out of five.
I wasn't particularly impressed with it. The brush is difficult to get out of the product. However, it doesn't smudge throughout the day, but it dries out and flakes off. I bought the matte one for 40 UAH. There is no difference between them.
