Reviews about Dior Addict Refillable Lipstick

I ordered this lipstick, but instead of the regular one, I received a refill. Judging by the reviews, I see that I'm not the only one in this situation.

I purchased shade 418. It is slightly lighter than shown in the photo, but still a very nice color. It doesn't dry out or smudge on the lips, and has a slight shine, but it doesn't bother me at all. The texture is similar to lip gloss, but you can hardly feel it on the lips. By the way, the packaging of the lipstick is really cool. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open it.

I received the item on 30.01.

In the received package, there was not a lipstick with a REFILLABLE bottle, but a refill instead!

I contacted support, provided all the photos and details - they accepted my complaint, reviewed it for 3 days, and then a manager called me and said that they sent me what I needed because in her understanding, REFILL means the same as REFILLABLE in English!

After contacting the hotline again, the website acknowledged the mistake and processed the return.
