The shampoo worked well for me. My hair starts to come alive after just three washes. It cleanses nicely. Previously, I would wash my hair every three days, but now it stays fresh for 5-6 days. It adds great volume, but it also makes my hair frizzy, so a mask is needed. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The hair becomes terribly greasy after washing with this shampoo. I applied a small amount and rinsed it for a long time, but it didn't help. It's fair to give it only one star. I don't recommend it.

As for how it cleanses, at first, I was disappointed because it seemed like it didn't lather like sulfate-free shampoos. I got upset and started drying my hair after applying conditioner, and then boom! After drying, everything was rinsed out perfectly, and my hair was beautifully hydrated and voluminous - it's amazing! Don't be afraid!
The shampoo does not wash the hair. In addition, it dries both the roots and the length, and the next day the roots are already dirty. The product is concentrated - it contains a lot of sulfates, glycols, and glycerin, which together give this effect on the hair. I do not recommend this shampoo. A separate question for Makeup - why is it not possible to reply to other comments? Fix this bug.
