Guerlain Les Legendaires Collection L’Instant Magic - Eau de Parfum
5 stars only. Very beautiful, complimentary, and expensive. The price for it is sky-high right now. It was in the old bottle design, and I couldn't hear any difference. For those who miss the old versions, this one is just as good in terms of longevity and the beauty of its powdery scent.
This is my absolute favorite fragrance, many people associate me with this scent. I have had it for many years since 2007, in the very first bottle with black sides. And for many years it was not available for sale, or I did not know. I missed it a lot. And then I accidentally stumbled upon its brand new version. Yesterday I bought it, not here, I had doubts, but it is the same!!!! In my opinion, it is indistinguishable. I am still testing its longevity. But for sure, I will order another bottle so that it doesn't disappear again.
I didn't buy it here, unfortunately, it was the old version that I am not familiar with. I really liked the scent, it's powdery but not outdated or overpowering, very pleasant. I can't say much about its longevity since I just got it, but I don't think it will have a strong sillage, rather it will stay close to the body and unlikely to suffocate anyone.
Yes, they reformulated it... but my nose definitely identifies it as L'Instant Magic!!!! That bottle with the black sides. Many write about its lack of longevity... I have cold skin - I sprayed it in the evening, and in the morning, the scent is still there, just like when it was applied. It impressed me. I will definitely continue wearing it.
The fragrance in the "Jandarm" bottle differs from the fragrance in the "Bees", as it is more citrusy and lighter. The scent has been reformulated. The pyramid listed on the website is incorrect - L'instant Magic Eau de Parfum was released in 2021. The top note is Bergamot; the middle notes are Rose and White Musk; the base notes are Almond Wood, Tonka Beans, Cedar, and Sandalwood.
The perfume is exactly as it appears in the bottle with bees. It doesn't differ in any way, so for those who liked the previous version, you can confidently go for this one as well.
