As an addition to your shampoo, this product is definitely worth considering. However, it doesn't have a strong effect against hair loss. Nevertheless, it does leave your hair shiny.
I decided to try this product to combat dandruff. By adding it to my shampoo, along with vitamins, the dandruff almost disappeared within 2 weeks, even though I had tried various shampoos before. This product worked well for me.
I added nettle to the Kerastase shampoo for dry hair, approximately 20% of the shampoo volume. The hair did not become greasy, it was washed well, and did not become stiff. I rubbed nettle after washing and using masks. This product is probably good, more on the neutral side, but it is difficult to understand and see any highly visible effect.
