This is awful. The hold is nonexistent. The smell is a separate disaster. It is so terrible that even perfume cannot mask this "floral" scent. I was told it smells like a bathroom...

I purchased this product and I am absolutely dissatisfied with it! The balm, which is in the form of a cream, does not hold the curls and lacks the "memory effect" as stated by the manufacturer in the description. I used it according to the instructions on the packaging.
On the other hand, another product from the same brand, "Hair Straightening and Styling Gel" (product code: 393955), works perfectly for both straightening and fixing curls. I highly recommend it!
The best hair product for creating texture! I apply it on my curls and it doesn't wash out. It's important to use it correctly! I see that not everyone knows how to use it properly, which leads to negative comments. This is my favorite cream-texturizer for curls!
This is my love! It styles wavy hair perfectly, leaving no residue when combing and no white buildup.
This product has a very pleasant smell. After using it, my hair becomes very soft, it doesn't make my straight hair frizzy, and it detangles them. A plus for me is that it also has heat protection. I will definitely buy it again. By the way, it is very economical to use, just a small amount is enough to distribute it throughout the length of my hair.
It doesn't completely eliminate frizz, doesn't provide hold (no styling), but I like the effect of natural styling - my hair tends to get greasy and this product doesn't worsen this problem, the scent neutralizes after the hair dries.

The smell is definitely unusual, but not critical, as it doesn't smell at all when it dries. I apply it to damp hair and gently scrunch them with my hands, then wait for them to dry naturally. The next day, I simply spritz water on my hair and they curl up again. This is a big plus for me, as I don't have to apply the product every day.
I did not like this product. I was hoping it would create nice curls and eliminate frizz, but in reality, it does not moisturize at all as stated on the packaging. Instead, it slightly dries out my hair. It selectively defines some curls, some of which are not bad, but others are not formed at all, and only frizz appears. This product leaves my hair more dry and therefore more frizzy. Overall, it does not fulfill its functions. It's a waste of money.

Good styler. The curls are soft, bouncy, and adequately held. It doesn't make the hair stiff. However, the scent is not very pleasant. But it is only noticeable on wet hair, and then it fades away. The product is not bad, but the smell is really awful. It resembles the scent of an old Soviet cleaning product called "Whiteness" with chlorine.
I am extremely happy that this balm is now available for purchase. It is really cool and works great for naturally wavy or curly hair. I rub a medium-sized drop in my palms and distribute it evenly along the length of my damp hair after washing. The result is soft, defined curls with no clumping or weighing down. It provides wonderful texture, although the packaging honestly states that it has a weak hold with a level 2 fixation.
The scent of this product seems quite specific, rather strong, and may not appeal to everyone. I won't be purchasing it again primarily because of the smell, although I did like the overall effect of the product. There is no sticky feeling on the hair after application. The hold is very weak.
