#45, the color is bombastic!! And I really liked the texture. I apply it on a beige Maybelline Color Tattoo base, but if you want it to be brighter, you should apply it on a dark shade without shimmer. Then all the shimmer from these eyeshadows will sound brighter! I highly recommend it!
The eyeshadows are vibrant and they adhere well to oily eyelids. The only downside is that they are very soft and easily crumble or break. If it weren't for this drawback, I would be collecting a large collection from this line.
