It's quite acceptable. For such a price, it's a decent primer. It applies smoothly in a thin layer, dries slightly, and then you can apply eyeshadow on top. They hold up well and don't smudge.

The shade is too white and applies unevenly, which may "drown out" the color of the eyeshadows.

Poor quality! On oily eyelids, the eyeshadows smudge into creases and don't stay put at all! I don't know about dry skin, maybe it will work well. But oily skin needs a different consistency of primer.
