If each of you opens the instructions, you will see that there is a magic spatula included, which is used to smooth out the patches and remove any excess air. Nothing slides off as you all claim, it stays on very well. No complaints here. I hope my comment will be useful and won't hinder potential buyers. My skin has become more lifted. It's truly a great product, and I highly recommend it.
