I purchased the STAR Top Coat, which has an ultra glossy finish. I apply it on top of a base coat, and it gives a shiny look with sparkling particles. I have natural nails, and it looks fresh and neat on them. It can be applied on top of the previous layer at any time to refresh the appearance.
