It does not whiten like Paece Rice Powder. But it also does not mattify as well. It is unlikely to be suitable for oily skin.

Unfortunately, this powder doesn't differ from talcum powders. It doesn't mattify for long and emphasizes everything it can, clogging pores.

The powder is really good. At first, it seemed like I applied too much and my skin looked dry, but after about 15 minutes, my skin transformed. It became matte, but not heavy, more like a satin-matte finish. I am extremely satisfied with the result. I have combination skin, thin and dry under my eyes, and oily in the T-zone. The powder doesn't emphasize dryness or wrinkles, it mattifies and truly gives an HD effect. It has a pleasant satin texture.
