Hair Growth and Scalp Health Stimulating Serum for Women - Mediceuticals Advanced Hair Restoration Technology Women Cellagen
After consulting a trichologist, I decided to try this product. It does not cause any burning sensation and does not leave any redness on my skin. However, I have noticed that my hair becomes slightly greasy after using it. I have been using it for a month now, but I haven't seen any visible results yet. I will finish the bottle, but I won't be buying it again.
I bought this serum based on the recommendation of a trichologist. After reading the comments, I was a little scared that there might be an allergic reaction. However, today I applied it to my scalp for the first time. It feels slightly warm and there is some redness, but it subsides. I am taking this product for a three-month course because my hair is very thin and weak due to stress, depression, and insomnia. I have a lot of faith in the power of this product.
I have been taking antidepressants for a year now, and I suspect that they may be the cause of my hair problems. However, I am dealing with it and my sleep is back to normal. I am also taking iron supplements. After a month, I will have to retake my tests in order to adjust the supplements. I will update my comment in a month. I really hope for positive results.
I bought it twice, not here. I bought it based on the recommendations of a trichologist. The principle of pepper and mustard (heats up). However, as soon as you stop using it, all the hair that had grown falls out. There are cheaper and better methods than this. Moreover, with this brand of shampoo, hair falls out even more than usual. It's a pity for the wasted money.
Below I have already written my review, but I decided to give this product another chance. My opinion about it hasn't changed. I am afraid to use it. I believe that such a reaction should not be normal. Be careful!
I ordered this Serum based on the recommendation of a trichologist. I regret spending my money on it... because it is quite expensive. I'm glad I didn't order the larger bottle. It says on the back that a sensitivity test should be done before use and that redness and warmth are normal reactions. I don't know if my reaction to this product can be considered normal... I don't have any redness, burning, or itching. But I'm afraid to apply it to my scalp and go out in public for two reasons... 1- my scalp will be all red (people might think I have some kind of disease), 2- I don't want to be bald! I should also mention that I am not allergic, I have never had any allergies before. There is no mention of returning the product because I have already used it once and they will probably refuse. I'm afraid to use this product on my scalp. I will attach a photo of my reaction and my boyfriend's reaction to this product. Ladies, be careful with this product, make sure to do a patch test on your hand! If possible, try it on someone you know who already has it, so you don't waste 1500 on nothing!
The effect of the stimulating serum is noticeable
I don't quite understand the reviews on hair growth products after 1-4 weeks of use. Trichologists and dermatologists say to expect results after 4-6 months. And that's when you can write an honest review if you've only been using one product or one product line (one brand) during that time.
It's very difficult to understand if a product gives immediate results. Especially since they say that at the beginning of use, hair loss may increase because new hair will start to grow and push out the old hair.
As for this product, it is quite aggressive and may not be suitable for sensitive skin. I recommend everyone to do a patch test on their arm beforehand, and if redness does not go away within an hour and lasts longer, then dilution is indicated on the packaging.
I have a reaction of redness to it, but only if it gets on my face and it goes away after about 15 minutes.
The hair does not become greasy, it dries and looks normal. Convenient spray dispenser.
As for the results, it's hard to say. I tried it, but I don't plan on constantly buying it because it's expensive.
If my opinion changes after finishing the bottle, I will update my review.
I have been using this product for 1 month and 20 days. So far, I haven't seen any miracles happen. It seems like my hair is falling out even more, some days it's a lot. I haven't noticed any new hair growth during this time. I had to cut my hair short again because it looks sad...
When I use it, my hair looks messy. After applying it, there is a slight burning sensation and a bit of redness. Also, when I inhale the fumes, I personally start coughing.
The trichologist said that I might see results at least after three months, but I have serious doubts about that now. Although I still have some of this product left.
For now, I feel like I'm wasting my money, time, and effort... I've also taken and continue to take a lot of vitamins.
I will update my review after three months.
It seems to me that, for example, the toner from Velda is more effective than this product.
The product is completely useless. It claims to help with androgenic alopecia, as stated on the packaging, but it doesn't help at all. The only effect is that it irritates the skin and makes the hair constantly dirty. A dermatovenereologist prescribed it to me, most likely just to make some money. I used it for 2 months.
After discontinuing this product, my hair started falling out uncontrollably, which practically nullified the results of the regenerating procedure. It was just coming out in strands - I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. My tests came back normal, so I consulted a trichologist who informed me that this product has a terrible withdrawal syndrome. For an additional 1.5 months, I "climbed off" this product, painfully observing how I completely lost the density that I had been waiting for so long. Since I used it after the regenerating treatment, I cannot confirm or deny its effectiveness. Its effect feels like simply pepper or menthol, which stimulates blood flow to the scalp and, consequently, the hair follicles. I do not recommend this product at all.
I have been exclusively using this serum for over a year, along with the shampoo and conditioner from the same series. I can confidently say that this is an effective and worthwhile cosmetic product that has relieved me of serious symptoms of androgenic alopecia. Do not expect results within 2-3 weeks and make sure to thoroughly cleanse your scalp before using this product to prevent any signs of oiliness (although I have not noticed any oiliness in a year).
The product makes the scalp very oily, so it can only be used if you're not leaving the house. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks of use, it hasn't had any effect on hair loss.
The concentrate works, but don't expect miracles in just 2 weeks. However, after using it regularly for about 2 months, I started seeing the first results in the form of new short hairs. I used it in the morning and in the evening, and it made my hair a bit greasy, so I had to wash it more often.
It doesn't really burn or heat up my scalp, but the effect is very mild. However, it does leave red marks on my hands when it gets on them.
Overall, I recommend this product. However, it should be used in combination with an anti-hair loss shampoo and a vitamin complex for at least 3 months.
This is the first hair loss product that actually works. It is expensive, but it helps. However, there is one downside - if you use it twice a day as instructed, you practically always walk around with dirty hair, and that can be quite annoying.
I started using this product on the recommendation of a Trichologist because I experienced severe hair loss after COVID-19. Without a doubt, this product is worth the money, and to be honest, the price is lower than it should be. The effect is immediate; it only took me 3 days to see new hair growth and partially stop the hair loss. I highly recommend it.
The best thing there is for hair loss. However, don't expect miracles because hair treatment should primarily start from within and eliminate problems that may contribute to hair loss, as well as replenish deficiencies in micronutrients and vitamins. And when combined, it all works unbelievably well, hair stops falling out and the amount of baby hair is simply impressive.
I have been using this serum on the recommendation of a trichologist, in a course with breaks for over a year. It truly reduces hair loss and promotes new hair growth, as well as improving the condition of the scalp and hair. It should be applied carefully to avoid getting it on the skin of the hands and face, as it leaves red spots, but they disappear after 5 minutes. Therefore, it is better to apply less and be cautious around the hairline. There is a warm sensation after application. This is the best product for me among those I have used. It is effective.
I have been using this serum since March 26th. In that time, I have gone through two bottles. Somewhere around the second week, my hair loss decreased. After applying the serum, I feel a warm sensation, especially when applying it to damp hair. When it comes into contact with the skin on my face or hands, it does cause some redness, but it fades within 5 minutes. Now, I have a lot of small hairs on my bald spots. Yes, they are thin and weak, but they exist! The condition of my hair has also improved, and there is more volume. I wash it as usual. I definitely recommend it. I also tried the men's version from the same series, but I didn't notice any difference.
The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful. I ordered a second bottle. However, the serum is a complete failure. It causes a terrible burning sensation. At first, it seemed tolerable after the first use. But then, the cumulative effect... after a few applications, you can't even touch your hair during the day because your scalp burns so much! In the end, it's not just painful to comb, it's unbearable to even touch my hair!!! I diluted it 1:2, but it didn't help. I have no desire to use it anymore. I sprayed it on my hand - immediately it starts to burn, turn red, form large blisters, and itch. I am willing to believe that it helped someone else. I hope my experience is in the minority.
I bought the whole set: shampoo, conditioner, and serum (in a small size). It has been almost a month since I finished the serum, and hair loss has not resumed, but around the third week, I started taking additional vitamins "Elevit" (I am currently finishing a month-long course). Here is what I can say about the product.
With the serum, my hair does not get greasy faster. I washed my hair every other day as usual, and I continued to do so with the serum. I did not have any allergies on my scalp, but if the serum got on my hand, a red spot would remain, and there would be swelling in that area. I only experienced this unpleasantness once due to carelessness, and an allergy tablet saved the situation.
I really liked that the serum works on the scalp. It truly became healthier; I had a problem with clogged pores, and they disappeared after using this set. Dandruff also disappeared; there is no more itching and white buildup under my nails. New hair is now growing in the place where the old ones fell out all over my head.
I realized for myself that if the problem starts at the roots and some process weakens the hair's attachment in the follicle, there is no point in trying to save it, and it won't work anyway. It will fall out sooner or later. However, the serum is definitely capable of nourishing the scalp, stimulating the growth of new hair, and making them healthy. Don't expect a miracle from it; it won't keep your hair glued in place. Just be patient so that in three weeks, you can rejoice at the new healthy hair in the place of those that fell out.
