It's like it slightly moisturizes but also weighs it down, and this is on blonde hair.
I bought this shampoo based on customer reviews, and I really liked it. After using it, I didn't have any dandruff, and my hair feels soft compared to Head & Shoulders shampoo in the white plastic packaging, which is made by a Romanian manufacturer. I highly recommend it.
