I have had limited experience with this company, but the cream did not work well for my fair, sensitive, and very dry skin. After winter, I always have to treat my hands for redness, flakiness, tightness, and dryness. This cream did not do anything at all. Furthermore, the next day my hands became even drier and itchy. I would rate it a 3 because it did not cause any allergies and had a pleasant scent and texture.
