My hair feels like it has been washed with a bar of soap. It feels heavy and has a residue, overall, it's terrible. Even though I have a short haircut and need a shampoo that doesn't make my hair soft, this one makes my hair feel dirty.

Awful. Doesn't wash out, hair feels heavy and has residue. The residue also stays on the comb. I tried rinsing with acidic water as some suggest. Same result. Will never buy again.
