The product's removal process was very fast and comfortable, even though my eyes kept partially opening. I successfully removed the mascara with an alcohol-based toner, as water-based removers do not fully rinse off and leave a greasy residue. I do not use micellar water for this purpose.
It takes a bit of time to remove, around 15 minutes, but it doesn't irritate at all. I was able to remove the residue with micellar water in just a minute. Overall, it's good as it doesn't dry out my lashes!

The product seemed a bit oily to me, but I used makeup remover to get rid of any residue. I'm not sure how professionals do it, but I was satisfied with the results. By the way, there is still plenty of product left in the jar.

My eyes don't burn, everything is fine. I bought a different brand before and it was terrible.
